Training for excellence and advanced specialization has always been among the main objectives of higher education institutions.
At the same time, the university has often been an arena for teaching and research, and an institution for promoting the culture of the elite. In so doing, it keeps abreast of national development and supports the building of economic and social structures, through the intervention of its elite and academics to guide decisions, and through training efficient executives in society.
